An Egalitarian Church for All Belief Systems
The People’s Assembly of Experientialists is an alternative church created to promote self-exploration of reality in a manner that emphasizes the need for collaborative efforts in order to promote individual growth. The primary purpose of the egalitarian church is to feed people while serving as a space for individuals to plan and implement life experiences which further understanding of the self and its role in society.
The legal structure of the church allows its members to engage in a wide variety of services for the community and to undertake missions of self-exploration. Many of this alternative institution’s goals are extrapolated from the philosophy of Max Stirner, Jiddu Krishnamurti, Buckminster Fuller, Horace Mann, and others.
The basis of organization will be driven by consensus-based decision making. Funds and volunteers could be developed by emphasizing the alternative institution’s liberatory focus and its practical efforts to feed people. Additionally, the egalitarian church promotes inter-faith dialogue, social justice work, as well as opportunities for atheist, agnostics, and believers of unique or developing faiths community spaces to develop and practice their perceptions of reality.
